DIMENSIONS AND CARGO SPACE.

A van with ideal dimensions.

The MAN TGE offers the perfect solution for almost any transport task! With two wheelbases, three lengths and four roof heights (normal, high, super-high and camper roof), it is incredibly versatile and boasts a cargo volume of up to 18.4m³. It also has a lot to offer in terms of length and height: Depending on the version, it is between 5.98m and 7.39m long and between 2.35m and 2.83m high. With a permissible gross vehicle weight of up to 5.5t, it is the perfect choice for

demanding transport tasks. With the trailer coupling, it can effortlessly tow loads of up to 3.5t. The platform body is available ex works in four lengths up to a maximum platform length of 4.7m so that you can find the optimum solution for your needs. And the chassis or crew cab variants give you even more flexibility, so you can get exactly the transport solution you need.

4. Floor and wall panelling¹

We offer four types of high-quality wall panelling:
Side interior panelling in cargo space made of hardboard panels,
half-height, with partial window panelling
Side interior panelling in cargo space, up to roof frame
Side interior panelling in cargo space made of hollow plastic panels,
half-height, without partial window panelling
Plywood wall cladding, up to roof frame

The rear doors can be opened at 180°
or 270°¹.

The cargo space has a sturdy wooden floor¹ or a universal floor¹ on which you can easily fit and remove your own shelving system.

Standard LED lighting illuminates the cargo space so you can always see what is inside. As an option, you can install practical lashing rails on the floor, wall and ceiling. Optional plywood or hollow plastic wall panels provide extra protection.

Interior conversions:

1. Preparation for conversions

Do you want to convert your MAN TGE yourself? We can equip your vehicle with hexagon holes for M6 screw fittings for you.

2. Low loading sill

100 mm², which you can feel when loading and unloading your MAN TGE. This is how much lower the loading sill is on vehicles with front-wheel drive. The optional full-width step or half-sided step, when connected, can also help to make work easier.

3. Lashing rails¹ and eyelets

To keep your valuable cargo safe and secure, the floor is fitted with lashing eyelets as standard. If required, we can also fit lashing rails to the floor, ceiling, side walls and partition wall
