MAN eManager
MAN eManager enables comprehensive charging management as well as vehicle monitoring for the entire MAN electric truck fleet. It makes charging management and pre-conditioning easy and efficient – via remote access. Simply set the time when the electric truck should be up and running – the MAN eManager takes care of the rest. The service also provides data for detailed analysis of charging processes.

MAN SmartRoute
MAN SmartRoute actively supports dispatchers in route planning for the MAN eTGX and eTGS. The service always generates the most suitable route including proposals for intermediate charging while taking into account parameters such as battery charge level and energy consumption.

The service integrated in the Fleet Monitor displays information on the availability and suitability of charging points. Prospectively the route planning tool aligns the charging strategy with the driver’s break times and furthermore the dispatcher will get real-time data in the RIO platform. Like this MAN SmartRoute ensures efficient route planning and makes sure that charging is scheduled in a timely manner.

For both conventional trucks and the new MAN eTGX & eTGS, an efficient service network is crucial. To ensure that the new eTrucks have as little downtime as possible, MAN is updating its function and service structure with regard to the topic of eReadiness. The transformation of our service network is already in full progress. Moreover, the rollout planning is closely aligned with the sales of eTrucks to ensure a country-specific coverage.
